Ford’s Social Media Guidelines for Employees

I thought this was very interesting. The general etiquette for smaller businesses should be the same as employed for large businesses.

  • Solidify your message
  • Know your target audience
  • Maintain brand integrity
  • Be honest and respectful
  • Use common sense

A small brand can be just as devastated as a corporate brand by not adhering stringently to a general policy of etiquette and conscious responsibility.
