Graphic Design

Design should be an inventive arrangement, showing different qualities of design visuals and elements depending on the market and the client. The purpose, planning, and intentions that exist behind the design will differ from client to client, while still encompassing a creative approach to communication.

SOCIAL | Digital

Digital design is a creative pursuit of impacting the world through passion for sharing content and visual communication; it should stimulate brains in a way that most communication cannot. We will help you broadcast your message and design throughout as many marketing channels as possible.


Are we a good match? After we review your initial inquiry, we will set up a phone call, and ask you some questions regarding your business, vision and goals for your brand. This is your opportunity to ask us any questions that come to mind. This step will give us both a chance to get to know one another and make sure we're on the same page.

Once we have decided that we are both a good fit for each other, we will send you a design questionnaire where you will be able to answer some in-depthe questions to ensure we hgave proper marching orders prior to your project start. This will provide valuable information for us as we move throughout the design process.

If we decide to go forth with the design or branding process, we will put together a formal proposal and contract for our project and send it your way. If approved, you sign, scan, and send the proposal back to us and keep a copy for yourself. That will also complete the down payment to hold your spot in the Hawthorne queue.

Your project start date is here and now it’s time to get your project rolling! The first step of the branding process is the creation of an inspiration board. We will study your questionnaire and create a color palette along with style inspiration that will set the overall tone of your new brand. Within 10 business days of your start date, you will receive the inspiration board and have a chance to review and request up to 2 rounds of revisions until you are satisfied.

Now that we have and finalized your inspiration board, we will then get to work on creating the logo of your new brand/project. This process takes approximately 10 to 15 business days. During this phase you will receive your second deliverable which will consist of 3 unique designs. Once received, you will have the opportunity to review and request up to 2 rounds of revisions until your are completely satisfied with the project.

It’s now time to put it all together and create your final deliverables package, the brand style guide or website launch. You will then have a chance to review and request up to 2 rounds of revisions on the final project(s). Then, once your approval is received and your final payment is made, we will package up your files and send them to you via a convenient Dropbox link or zip for download and/or prepare for the launch of your brand new website!
